It is made of 100% natural rubber with a valve in the nipple part, which makes it easy for your little one to squeeze the air out of the pacifier. Storage
The pacifier should always be stored clean and dry, e.g. in a closed box or in a pacifier case. Avoid especially placing the pacifier in direct sunlight or heat, as this can weaken the natural rubber. Also do not sterilize the pacifier with anything other than boiled water.
Cleaning
Before the pacifier is used for the first time, pour boiling water over it, after which it is left to soak for 5 minutes. Do not boil the pacifier. After that, the pacifier should be sterilized regularly by pouring boiling water over it. Since it is a valve pacifier, liquid will enter the nipple head. When the pacifier has cooled down, press the water out of the nipple part to ensure hygiene.
Why is the nipple clear in the material on some Pacifiers and matte in the material on others? Natural rubber latex is et natural material with many good properties, such as softness, tensile strength and great resistance to biting. However, latex also has natural variations in the material, which can be seen in this proper light. Therefore, the nipple's appearance may vary in clarity and color.
