Storage

The pacifier should always be stored clean and dry, for example in a closed box or in a pacifier case. Avoid especially placing the pacifier in direct sunlight or heat, as this can weaken the natural rubber. Also, do not sterilize the pacifier with anything other than boiled water.

Cleaning

Before the pacifier is used for the first time, pour boiling water over it, then let it soak for 5 minutes. Do not boil the pacifier. After that, the pacifier should be regularly sterilized by pouring boiling water over it. Since it is a valve pacifier, liquid will seep into the sucking head. When the pacifier has cooled down, press the water out of the sucking part to ensure hygiene.

Why is the nipple clear in material on some Pacifiers and matte in material on others? Natural rubber latex is et a natural material with many good properties, such as softness, tensile strength, and great durability against biting. However, latex will also have natural variations in the material, which can be seen in this light. Therefore, the appearance of the nipple may vary in clarity and color.
